For Hire Studios - Wei (Mobile Game)

Wei is a two person competitive board game played on an eight by eight grid (chess board). The Wei is a turn-based, strategic mobile game in which players use the elements to out-maneuver their opponent and capture points of interest. It uses a movement style similar to that of Mancala and has a depth of strategy on the level of Chess and Go.

I was the only artist on the team, and as that was my first time being the only one presented it's surprises but we prevailed. This was definitely a very fun project to be a part of.

This project was also my intro to Substance Painter and also opened me up to Designer as well and I am having such a good time with both of them!
